Built from the
inside out.
Valkyrie Systems builds its own AI products and bespoke systems for client businesses. Founder Jesse Chatfield is an artist, studio owner, and programmer who built ARCHON to address the operational work inside his own company.
The business was successful.
The way it ran was unsustainable.
Running Valkyrie Tattoo meant being on the phone between clients, following up on leads at midnight, coordinating staff schedules mid-session, and reviewing the day's numbers after everyone else had gone home.
His existing tools handled parts of the process, but connecting inquiries, follow-ups, staff coordination, and reporting still depended heavily on him.
Jesse combined his programming background with modern AI to build an operational layer for the business: a system to manage follow-ups, coordinate schedules, and deliver the daily picture an owner needs.
He built and refined it inside Valkyrie Tattoo & Piercing. Those operating lessons became the foundation of ARCHON and the starting point for a studio building AI products and bespoke systems.
